Relay collects only the data necessary to provide our services. This includes:

• Account information (email, name) provided during signup.
• Data related to your leads, job applications, and tasks that you manually enter.
• Gmail Data: Relay requests restricted, read-only access to your Gmail account. We only process email metadata and content to detect replies, outcomes (like job offers), and to map emails to your leads.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data strictly to:

• Provide the core functionality of the relay dashboard.
• Match incoming emails to your tracked items.
• Generate insights via our AI assistant (processing happens securely).

We do NOT sell your data to third parties. We do NOT use your email data for advertising.

3. Data Retention

You retain full ownership of your data. You can export or delete your account at any time. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our servers within 30 days.

4. Security

We employ industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit. Our Google OAuth integration adheres to Google's limited use policy.
